I am sharing a card with you today that I found a bit difficult . I took a piece of stamping card and one of my square dies and cut out a square. Then I took my flower die and some masking paper and cut myself a shape . I put the masked shape onto the square shape then with my distress ink pad Shaded lilac I blended ink all over when I was happy with the colour I removed my mask, I took the flower stamp inked it with my black momento ink pad and stamped it onto the negative masked shape of the flower , I must admit this was the best out of six attempts lol I just couldn’t get the stamp lined up correctly with the die shape, plus I was tired, anyway I managed it in the end and this was the end result which I am very pleased with, I can not remember who’s make to a special friend stamp is as I have lost the packet, I have spritz my card but it dose not show up that well. A bit of news now Hubby and I are going to America on Tuesday I am so excited, it’s always been a dream of mine to visit New York one day, this May we will be celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary so what better time to go. 50 years married my dad said it would not last five mins. Bless him.. So this will be my last card for a week, see you all when I get back.

I have another card to share today, I started with a rectangle postage die and I cut out 2 large shapes to make my base card, and one smaller one to make my background , Then I took my versa mark ink pad and inked up a old background stamp from Judikins called Deco and embossed it with white embossing powder , then with my distress ink pads, abandoned coral, and ripe persimmon I coloured my embossed background. Then I stamped Golden Dance stamp from Penny black onto a piece of white stamping card to colour my image I used promarkers , Then with my matching die for my image I cut it out.

Today I am sharing a card with you using a floral stamp and die from hero arts. which I bought with some money I had left from a christmas gift. I started by stamping my floral stamp onto some water coloured card, then coloured the image with promarkers, then I cut the floral image out with the floral die, then with my rectangle layers I made a kraft card base I cut another one in the water coloured card and spritz it with my distress inks Tumble glass and bundle sage , when it was dry I adhered my image to the background I had created , then to my card I made from kraft card! The Love and hugs sentiment comes with the stamp set

Well what I numpty I am, after spending a afternoon making my card, putting it on my blog writing my post entering challenges publishing a couple of comments that two kind blog friends had left , all for what for me to hit the delete button. Aarrrggggg I was so furious with my self, so here it is again lol
I was looking for my versa mark ink pad today as I wanted to try a new technique to me but I think I must have taken it home my last trip, anyway I came across this really cute stamped image that my friend gave me , it’s rather a large stamp and it’s going on my wish list I love it. I coloured it with promarkers DP are snippets, the sentiment is from craftwork cards and the hearts I punched out with a punch.

I have a card to share today that I can not take all the credit for I made this a few days ago with the helping hands of a 10 year old who designed it all , using Penny Black stamps from a set called every which way . We cut a piece of card into a tag shape cut a heart out using a punch, then I stamped I love you and the little hedgie onto the tag that I coloured it with Promarkers back ground paper with the tiny hearts on is from Lawn fawn 6x6 pad , the other tag shape is a bit of scrap I have had for ages . My little friend is giving this card to her Mummy & Daddy for there wedding Anniversary which is on the 14 th Feb Valentine’s Day
